Watch bands
What size watch band should I order?
Small/Medium fits 4" to 6" wrists. Large/Extra Large fits 4.5" to 7.5" wrists. If you're between two sizes, size down — the elastic stretches, and a snug band stays put better than a loose one. Wrap a tape measure or a piece of string around your wrist to check.
Will it fit my watch?
Yes, as long as you pick the right connector at checkout. We offer Apple 38/40/41mm, Apple 42/44/45/49mm, Samsung 20/22mm and Samsung 22/24mm — each in silver or black. Not sure which you need? Email us your watch model and we'll tell you.
Are the bands adjustable?
Most of our bands are stretch elastic and adjust to your wrist as you pull them on. A few styles are sized rather than adjustable — the product page will say so.
How do I wash my band?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, then lay flat to air dry. Don't put it in the dryer, and skip the bleach. The print is colorfast, so it won't fade with normal washing.
Is the tooled leather band real leather?
No. Our tooled leather styles are a printed fabric design, not genuine leather. That's on purpose — it's lighter, more comfortable and won't crack or dry out.

Which iPhone models do you carry?
iPhone 11 through iPhone 17 Pro Max. Check your exact model under Settings → General → About, then select it from the dropdown on the product page.
Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
Select styles are. MagSafe cases have a soft matte finish, and MagSafe wallet styles include a removable magnetic card wallet. Non-MagSafe cases come with a glossy finish.
Will wireless charging work?
Yes on select designs. If wireless charging matters to you, choose a MagSafe style or email us before ordering.
Orders and shipping
How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order by hand, so please allow 5–7 business days before it ships. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free US shipping on orders over $75. We also run a bundle deal: buy two, save 20%.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can at happilyeverwestern@gmail.com. If we haven't started making it yet, we'll happily fix it.
Returns
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery on unworn, unused items in original packaging with tags. Email us to start a return and we'll send a label. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us right away with a photo and we'll make it right.
