Shipping policy
Where things ship from
Most of what we sell is made by hand in Vernal, Utah — watch bands, phone cases, card wallets, car coasters and air fresheners. Our tees and sweatshirts are printed to order by our print partners in the US and shipped directly to you.
Processing time
Handmade items are made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for us to make your order and get it out the door. Printed apparel usually leaves our print partner within 5-7 business days. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what’s in your cart and where it’s going. You’ll always see the exact cost before you pay.
• Free standard shipping on US orders over $75. This applies to our handmade goods anywhere in the US, and to most apparel shipped within the contiguous US.
• Standard US shipping on handmade items is a $7 flat rate.
• Standaoffer. Your cart will show the exact amount.
Delivery time
Once your package is with the carrier, US delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days. So most US orders arrive within about 7–12 business days of ordering.
We can’t control what happens after a package leaves us. If tracking stalls or something looks wrong, email us and we’ll chase the carrier with you.
International shipping
Our printed apparel ships to Canada, Australia and many other countries, with rates calculated by weight at checkout.
Our handmade items currently ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the US and want a watch band, phone case or coaster set, email happilyeverwestern@gmail.com — we’ll see what we can work out.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country. These aren’t included in your order total and we have no way to calculate or refund them.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before you order. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we’ll happily resend it once you cover reshipping. If you catch a mistake fast, email us right away — if we haven’t shipped yet, we can usually fix it.
Lost, stolen or damaged
If your tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, check with your household and neighbors first, then email us and we’ll help sort it out. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you — your choice. We cover shipping on replacements for damaged or defective items.
